About Me

Let Me Tell You About Myself…

I was born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley.  I graduated from Eldorado High School and was an active member in the NROTC program.  After graduation, I began my journey by becoming married to my soul mate and beginning my life as a loving wife, a homemaker and a mother.  As a Las Vegas native, I have watched with wonder and amazement at all the growth and changes that have taken place in the past 30+ years!  Growing up in this town has given me the opportunity to have “native” knowledge of almost every community large and small in the valley.

Since then, I have worked at various places, but the majority of my knowledge and experience came from my 11+ years of working for the largest Gaming Company in Las Vegas, MGM MIRAGE.  Working with this Company has allowed me to meet a variety of people from all over the world.  Working with so many different personalities led me to find out my true destiny would be in the Real Estate Profession.

My number one commitment to you is excellent customer service and guidance with selling or purchasing your next home, in the near and distant future.  I look forward to sharing my expertise and service with you.

Sincerely,

Corinne “Cory” Sayles

Credentials

Choosing a real estate agent who has the tools, skills and experience to make your dreams come true can be as challenging as the home buying process itself. Let me make it simple for you.

I have completed my “Accredited Buyer Representative” (ABR) designation.  The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who strive on superior buyer representation skills and services.

I have completed my “Risk Reduction Graduate” (RRG) designation.  Having this certification will give me the opportunity to have more knowledge and protect my clients within a transaction.

I have completed my “Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant” (CFAC) designation.  A CFAC educates the client so they can make an informed decision as to what’s in their “best interests.”  If the client determines that the short sale is their best option, no one is better trained to successfully process a short sale transaction than a CFAC.

I have completed my “Certified Short Sale Professional” (CSP) designation.  A Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) is able to guide their client through the complex process of marketing the home, finding a willing buyer, working with the lender(s) and the other parties involved. Also what the property is worth the agents time.

I have completed my REO Default Certified Professional” (RDCPro™) designation. This interactive and engaging course has allowed me to gain all the  information they need to begin a career in the REO industry.
